So, you've been busy... 125+ cold
calls per week, 125+ doors you have knocked on and personal
contacts that should be getting your name in front of
people. Do you have any business yet? If you don't, you need
to keep doing the same thing - and if you do have business,
you still need to keep doing the same thing. Why? The only
way you are going to keep getting business is to follow the
steps planned out in the first 4 Business Mastery

generate more business, but if you are doing the basics of
business building, you will get business. If you don't have
any business, then you are not doing as many calls, door
knocking or note writing as you should.
Follow your scripts, make your calls and get in front of people. If you don't know you are in direct sales, you are in the wrong business. As a salesperson, you have to generate business for your survival. You can't survive without business. So now we get to throw another spice into the mixture! When's the last time you took a class for real estate? Everyone in the business has to take the required courses to keep a license, but when was the last time you took a class to learn? There are many options available to you anywhere in the country. If you live a long distance from a class location, or the weather is just too bad, or if you don't even like getting out of your pajamas, you can take your continuing education online and get the required courses you need for added success. Easy online education can be found at Sellstate University, but not every training session has to be about real estate. In the world of sales, there are many techniques, approaches and philosophies. If you haven't adapted to any one particular style, you have the opportunity to grow far beyond the 'typical' salesperson. Your personal style can develop over time, or you can use techniques proven to work for some. If you don't know how to close a deal, learn how! If you don't know how to convert a cold call into a verified lead, learn how! If you don't know what to say at the closing table to get the buyer and seller to sign the paperwork, learn how! If you don't know what to say in front of a stranger to let them know what you do, learn how! Where do you learn? You can learn some here with the Personal Business Mastery. You can also find hundreds of books and audio books on sales at your local library. Sure, you can go to your local chain bookstore, or order books online, but nearly every one of those books is available at your local library for free! If you can get the same information without paying for it, why wouldn't you? If you just want to create your own personal library of books, that's okay - but you should check out the information to see if it is really what you want before you make your investment. Then you can use the information you need or like to help build your skills and expand on your success.
