Q: Do I need to be a member of Sellstate to get training?
A: No. Anyone can get training through Sellstate University.
Just register for the training that you want and complete the required
course curriculum. Sellstate is dedicated to the continuing education of
every real estate agent. At Sellstate, we believe that the the best real
estate agents are the best trained real estate agents.
Q: How do I register for training?
A: Registering for Sellstate University and 360º Training is easy. Just
click on the training the you need. The Sellstate University 360º
Training window will open directly to the course options page. Click on
the REGISTER link on the course catalog page. You will be required to
enter your name and register through a secure server with your payment
options. Just follow the steps through the registration process to
complete your registration. Once you have registered, you will be able
to take the classes to complete your online training.
Q: When will my state accreditation be
available?
A: 360º Training and Sellstate University are working with all 50 states
for accreditation. Submission to the state real estate boards and
specific state regulations must be approved before the complete course
accreditation can be made available. As soon as each specific state
course training is available, we will post the most recent additions to
the Sellstate University Online website.
Q: How soon do I get my certificate when I
complete my training?
A: Once you have completed your course training, your certificate will
be e-mailed to your registered e-mail account. A copy of your
certificate will remain on file with 360º Training and Sellstate
University. You can access your accreditations through your account
login. You can also re-print your certifications, and check your status
at any time.
